1989年入社以来、ヘリコプター用トランスミッションを中心に航空用ギアボックスの研究・開発・維持改良設計に従事。


Nabil R. Saad

Title : Senior Business Advisor Lead Aerospace sector

Bio: Nabil has over 25 years of industry experience with world-class companies.
At Pratt and Whitney Canada, United Technologies Corporation, as Director of Turbine Structures, he led the development of the next generation of gas turbine engines and was a two-time winner of the prestigious "United Technologies Presidential Award" for outstanding achievement in innovation and product design.
Together with Bombardier Aerospace, as Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Solutions, Nabil led the Global Express Aircraft Competency Centre and integrated it into the Montreal Aerospace Cluster to optimize its Supply Chain.
With Inno-centre, Nabil provides advisory and strategic guidance for the founding leaders of several SMEs with a total turnover of $450 million. These high-tech companies shine in an environment of national and international growth and have recorded on average an overall annual growth of up to 20%.

Arun Srinivasan

Title : Associate Director, Strategy, Engine Health Management, Commercial Engines, Pratt & Whitney

略歴: : Arun leads the Engine Health Management service from Pratt & Whitney.  He is responsible for the strategy and the growth to Full Flight Analytics and AI & ML within Engine Health Management.  With nearly 20 years of experience in Engineering, Supply Chain and Program management, he is able to understand the interactions of the various organization in developing a unified customer solution. He works closely with customer and partners to develop targeted solutions.
Arun received his Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. He also earned post graduate degrees in Technology and Business Management from MIT and Wharton.


Sanketh Siddaraju

Title : Senior project leader at QuEST-Global

略歴:  Sanketh is a senior project leader at QuEST-Global (Japan), a global product engineering company. In his current role, he leads a global team working on aero-engine projects for Kawasaki Heavy Industries Aerospace division, Japan. He has 11+ years of experience in aero-engine system and sub-system design, non-conformance engineering, supply chain management, reverse engineering and value engineering disciplines. He has proven experience handling gas turbine projects across Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Generic Electric, Honeywell engine programs. He is supporting multi-department continuous improvement drive, customer workshops, cost savings and process improvement initiatives as subject matter expert (SME).


Peter Gille

Title : Vice President & GM, TurbineAero Asia

略歴: Peter Gille has broad aerospace industry experience in aircraft and turbine engines R&D, operations, MRO, engineering and sales. He is the Vice President and General Manager of TurbineAero Asia and in this role he is the company’s accountable manager covering operations, sales and business development in the Asia Pacific region, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Mr. Gille formerly held positions in the Triumph Group as Director of Operations and Engineering at Triumph Aviation Services – Asia between 2006 and 2017, Director of Engineering at Triumph Air Repair in Phoenix, AZ in 2009 and 2010, and in 2008 he assumed the position of Director of Sales & Business development for the Triumph Group covering Europe, Africa and the middle East. Prior to Triumph, Mr. Gille was employed at Sabena Technics in Belgium as Aircraft Base Maintenance Manager from 2004 to 2006, and APU, GSE and Avionics Services manager from 1999 to 2004. His aerospace career began in 1998 as a Production Engineer of the Boeing heavy maintenance hangars of Sabena Technics in Belgium.

Representative Director in the Maintenance, Reparation and Overhaul sector of the aviation industry, I have successfully achieved the business development, Customer Support footprint and Industrial Transformation of the different subsidiary of SAFRAN Helicopter Engines I was assigned to, as well as leading change in the site.
Throughout the positions within the organisation, business knowledge as well as company management has been developed Extensive knowledge of the aviation industry worldwide with a focus on the Japanese market and relationship with institutions (METI-MLIT-MOD).
Representative of the French Aerospace Industries Association (GIFAS), contribution to the strengthening of France-Japan aeronautical and space industries.


Frida Björneld

Title : Chief Technology & Innovation Officer for the Industrial Application Division in Siemens Energy

Bio: Frida Björneld is Chief Technology & Innovation Officer for the Industrial Application Division in Siemens Energy since April 1st, 2020.
Frida Björneld has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Linköping. with broad experience in research and development of Gas turbines, Aero engines, Auxilliary systems, and portfolio management. As an employee of Siemens +14 years, Frida Björneld has held several management positions within Siemens. Before entering the current role as CTO, she was Director of R&D effectiveness and Product Interaction. Additional management positions have been in the areas of fluid systems, mechanical systems, and control systems. In addition to Siemens’ positions, Frida Björneld has also been an employee of Volvo Aero (GKN), focusing on aircraft engines on military and commercial aero engines. The combination of sustainable technology & innovation, strategic portfolio management, and agile methods have been focus areas for Frida Björneld in her various positions.
