At Pratt and Whitney Canada, United Technologies Corporation, as Director of Turbine Structures, he led the development of the next generation of gas turbine engines and was a two-time winner of the prestigious "United Technologies Presidential Award" for outstanding achievement in innovation and product design.
Together with Bombardier Aerospace, as Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Solutions, Nabil led the Global Express Aircraft Competency Centre and integrated it into the Montreal Aerospace Cluster to optimize its Supply Chain.
With Inno-centre, Nabil provides advisory and strategic guidance for the founding leaders of several SMEs with a total turnover of $450 million. These high-tech companies shine in an environment of national and international growth and have recorded on average an overall annual growth of up to 20%.

略歴: : Arun leads the Engine Health Management service from Pratt & Whitney. He is responsible for the strategy and the growth to Full Flight Analytics and AI & ML within Engine Health Management. With nearly 20 years of experience in Engineering, Supply Chain and Program management, he is able to understand the interactions of the various organization in developing a unified customer solution. He works closely with customer and partners to develop targeted solutions.
Arun received his Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. He also earned post graduate degrees in Technology and Business Management from MIT and Wharton.
略歴: Sanketh is a senior project leader at QuEST-Global (Japan), a global product engineering company. In his current role, he leads a global team working on aero-engine projects for Kawasaki Heavy Industries Aerospace division, Japan. He has 11+ years of experience in aero-engine system and sub-system design, non-conformance engineering, supply chain management, reverse engineering and value engineering disciplines. He has proven experience handling gas turbine projects across Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Generic Electric, Honeywell engine programs. He is supporting multi-department continuous improvement drive, customer workshops, cost savings and process improvement initiatives as subject matter expert (SME).
Mr. Gille formerly held positions in the Triumph Group as Director of Operations and Engineering at Triumph Aviation Services – Asia between 2006 and 2017, Director of Engineering at Triumph Air Repair in Phoenix, AZ in 2009 and 2010, and in 2008 he assumed the position of Director of Sales & Business development for the Triumph Group covering Europe, Africa and the middle East. Prior to Triumph, Mr. Gille was employed at Sabena Technics in Belgium as Aircraft Base Maintenance Manager from 2004 to 2006, and APU, GSE and Avionics Services manager from 1999 to 2004. His aerospace career began in 1998 as a Production Engineer of the Boeing heavy maintenance hangars of Sabena Technics in Belgium.
